Billy’s passion for baking began as a child in Washington state, helping his mother and grandmother create delicious treats. Now teaching scuba diving in Taiwan at Fun Divers Taiwan, he has been baking cookies for his students and fellow divers. After much encouragement, Billy started The Cookie Jar Taipei and continues to craft new recipes with his
family, and share the joy of homemade cookies with
our community.
